WellnessCheck AI, Regular Check-ins With Staff

Regular check-ins with staff that spot who is struggling early, and point them to real help instead of a leaflet.

Most workplace wellbeing programmes are a poster and an email address nobody uses. This is a short, regular check-in that actually notices when someone is not coping.

The problem

  • People do not put their hand up until they are already in trouble
  • Annual surveys tell you how the team felt six months ago
  • Support exists but nobody remembers it is there or how to reach it
  • Managers spot problems late, if at all

How it works

Staff get a short check-in on their phone, as often as your team agrees. Not a form. A couple of plain questions they can answer in their own words.

If someone says something that suggests they are struggling, they get pointed to the right help straight away, with the actual phone number and how to book, not a link to a policy.

Anything that sounds urgent goes to a human immediately. That rule is fixed in the code. The tool never decides someone is fine.

Managers only ever see the picture across the team. Individual answers stay private. That is the only reason people answer honestly.

What it does

A company with 400 staff across three sites ran it fortnightly. Take-up of the support they already paid for went up four times, mostly because people finally knew it existed and how to use it.

Two teams showed a clear drop in the same month. That turned out to be a rota change nobody had flagged. They fixed the rota.

Important

This is not therapy and it does not diagnose anyone. It asks, listens, points people to real help, and gets a human involved fast when something sounds serious.
