Pricing

AI receptionist pricing for clinics, HVAC and local business

Flat prices, written down. A one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee with voice minutes included and a per-minute rate past them. You own what gets built. There is no per-call charge and no hold time on the meter.

How the billing works

  • The one-time setup fee is paid upfront. It covers the build, the integrations, testing, and registering your number and texting.
  • The monthly fee is billed month to month. It covers usage up to the included voice minutes, plus hosting, monitoring and support.
  • Past the included minutes you pay per minute. Clinics are $0.30/min and HVAC is $0.25/min.
  • You keep your own accounts for the systems you already pay for, such as your EHR or practice management software, Jobber or Housecall Pro, and your Google Business Profile.

Plans for clinics and medical practices

Every clinic tier includes a signed BAA with your practice before anything goes live. The AI never gives clinical advice, and anything urgent goes to a person.

Pricing questions

What does the setup fee cover?

The build, the integrations into the systems you already use, testing, and registering your phone number and texting. It is paid once, upfront. After that you pay the monthly fee.

What happens if we go over the included minutes?

You pay for the extra minutes at a flat rate: $0.30 a minute for clinics and $0.25 a minute for HVAC companies. Nothing stops working and there is no new tier to move to. Every plan lists its included minutes, so you can check a busy month against them before you sign.

Is there a contract?

The monthly fee is billed month to month. The setup fee is paid once, at the start.

Do I have to buy any other software?

You keep your own accounts for the systems you already pay for, such as your EHR or practice management software, Jobber or Housecall Pro, and your Google Business Profile. Nothing here replaces them. The AI books into them.

Do you sign a BAA with the practice?

Yes, on every clinic plan including Starter, and before anything goes live. A BAA is also signed with each vendor in the stack that can touch protected health information.

Which plan should a small practice start on?

Starter suits a 1 to 2 provider practice where the after-hours and lunch-hour calls currently go to voicemail. Growth is for a busy front desk losing money to no-shows and phone tag, because it adds reminders, rebooking and intake forms. We go through it on the call.

I run a real estate team, not a clinic or an HVAC company. What applies to me?

The general packages, below the two industry tables. The AI Phone Receptionist is $299 setup plus $199/mo and answers your missed and after-hours calls. Lead Catcher is $299 setup plus $99/mo and replies to website, WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries instead of calls.
