The doctor talks or types a short summary of the visit. The tool writes it up as a proper note in the format your practice uses, and suggests the billing codes underneath, with a line explaining each one.

The doctor reads it, changes whatever needs changing, and signs it. Nothing goes into the record until a person signs. Nothing is ever billed on the AI's say-so.

It sits alongside Epic, Cerner and the other big record systems, keeps a full history of who changed what, and the data stays in the US under a signed agreement.
