    • Use Cases:

  • Landlord with 12 units: manages tenants, leases, rent collection, and maintenance requests in one place.
  • New landlord with 3 units: learns best practices, tracks lease expirations, sends rent reminders.
  • Property manager handling 50 units for multiple owners: dashboard per owner, automated reports, maintenance workflow.

    • Usage Example:

    Mike owns 8 rental units across 3 buildings. He used spreadsheets—leases expired, rent was late, maintenance requests were lost in email. With RentWise, he added all units, tenants, and lease dates. Rent is due on the 1st; RentWise sends reminders on the 25th and again on the 3rd if unpaid. A tenant reports a leak—he creates a maintenance ticket, assigns it to his plumber, and tracks resolution. At month-end, he exports a P&L for his CPA. One tenant left; he listed the unit on RentWise and found a new tenant in 10 days. His vacancy rate dropped from 15% to 5%.
