  • Nonprofit hosting a 200-person gala: sells tickets, sends QR codes, checks guests in at the door.
  • Startup organizing a product launch: creates event, sells tickets, manages RSVPs, sends reminders.
  • Community group running a 5K: handles registration, payment, race-day check-in, and post-event emails.

    • Usage Example:

    Rachel is organizing a charity fundraiser—200 guests at $150/ticket. She creates the event on Eventify, sets capacity and price, and publishes. Tickets sell out in 2 weeks. Attendees receive QR codes via email. On the night, volunteers scan QR codes at the door—check-in takes 30 seconds per guest. Eventify tracks no-shows and sends a post-event "Thank you" with a photo album link. Rachel exports attendee data for donor follow-up. Last year she used spreadsheets and manual check-in; this year it was seamless.
